BoilerNews.ca is a Canadian newsroom and marketing service for companies that sell, install and service boilers. We report the regulatory and program changes that shape the trade, with sources and dates, and we help boiler companies market themselves with the same care for accuracy. The newsroom sits within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, works from Vancouver, British Columbia, where the group is headquartered, and reports to Ali Sedighi, MBA.
The company behind the newsroom
The short answer: a marketing and consulting group, open about what it is.
BoilerNews.ca belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. Sedighi.ca is the consulting company through which Ali Sedighi works on growth, marketing and technology, and it operates brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's Canadian firm for strategy, AI and revenue work; Ali founded it and serves as its Managing Partner.
Our marketing plans follow those of our parent brand, HVAC.Agency, which works with HVAC and heating companies across Canada. BoilerNews.ca focuses that work on boilers and hydronics, and adds a newsroom so owners can follow the rules that affect them.
We're a service-area business run from Vancouver, working with boiler companies in every province and territory, with consultations by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email.

How the newsroom works
Our editorial rules are short and strict:
- Primary sources only. We load the regulator's bulletin, the gazette, the government release or the program page ourselves.
- The source's date is the story's date. Our "updated" date shows when we last checked.
- No invented quotes, figures or events. If a document doesn't contain a number, we don't supply one.
- Facts first, then analysis. Analysis is labelled as ours.
- No compliance advice. We summarise and link regulators. How a rule applies to a particular installation is for the regulator or a qualified professional.
- Corrections are visible. When a source changes, we update the story and its date.
Our newsroom page explains how stories are chosen, and lists what we left out and why.
How we work with boiler companies
Our marketing is built on the same habits as our reporting: know the trade, check the facts, and measure what matters.
- We start with a diagnosis. The 7-day free trial covers a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card.
- We work in plain numbers. Calls, booked jobs and cost per booking, reported monthly.
- We don't promise rankings or leads. We show the method and real, named results from our HVAC and boiler work on our results page.
- You talk to senior people. Calls, texts and emails reach a senior strategist, not a call centre.
Our four services are described on the services page, and prices are on the pricing page.
Our positioning
BoilerNews.ca is a digital marketing and business consulting service for boiler, hydronic and heating companies in Canada. We are not a boiler or HVAC contractor, and we don't install, repair, inspect or service equipment. Our reporting covers the trade; our marketing helps the companies in it.
That separation matters. A newsroom that sold boiler installations would have a reason to tilt its coverage. We don't, and we'd rather you trust our stories because the sources are linked than because we say so.
To reach us, see contact. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns BoilerNews.ca?
The Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's consulting company for growth, marketing and technology, and HVAC.Agency is one of its brands.
Is BoilerNews.ca an independent news outlet?
It is a newsroom run by a marketing company, and we say so on every page. We keep the reporting neutral and sourced, and we label our analysis separately.
Do you accept payment to publish stories?
No story on BoilerNews.ca is paid placement. Stories are chosen because an official source changed something that matters to boiler contractors.
Are you a boiler contractor?
No. We don't install, repair, inspect or service boilers or any other equipment, and we don't give compliance advice.
