What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Which way to get in touch

The short answer: use whatever suits your day.

  • Call if you want to talk it through now. Calls during business hours are the quickest way to a conversation.
  • Text if you're on a job site and want to send the basics. We'll reply by text or call back, whichever you prefer.
  • Email if you have documents, numbers or a list of questions, or if you're sending a news tip with a link.

The buttons on every page of this site connect you directly.

What to include in your message

Five details help us answer properly on the first reply:

  1. Your company and where you work. City or region, and whether you work in more than one province.
  2. The kind of boiler work you want more of. Residential replacement, combi boilers, radiant systems, maintenance agreements, commercial plant rooms.
  3. Rough numbers. An approximate average job value and how many boiler jobs you do a month. Ranges are fine.
  4. Where calls come from now. Referrals, Google, ads, repeat customers.
  5. What you've tried. If you've worked with an agency before, tell us what didn't work.

A message template you can copy:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We mostly do [type of boiler work] and average about [number] boiler jobs a month at around [average job value]. Most calls come from [source]. We'd like more [type of work] in [area]. Best time to reach me is [time].

For a news tip:

Hi, I saw a change from [regulator or utility] on [date] about [topic]. The official link is [URL]. It affects boiler contractors in [province] because [one line].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to confirm we've got your message and suggest a time to talk if you'd like one.
  2. We talk. A short conversation about your market, your numbers and your goals. No pressure and no script.
  3. We run the free trial if it makes sense: a marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmark, over seven days, with no credit card.
  4. We send a written proposal with the plan we'd recommend, the cost, what's included and the terms. You decide in your own time.

If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you. Sometimes the most useful advice is to fix your phone answering before spending on ads.

Before you contact us

You may find answers faster on these pages:

  • Pricing for plans, website packages and a worked example.
  • Services for what each kind of work involves.
  • FAQ for contracts, ownership, timelines and reporting.
  • Newsroom for the stories we've published so far.

If you're sending a news tip

We read every tip, but we can only publish what we can verify from the primary document. A link to the regulator's or utility's own page helps most. If you've only seen a report about a change, tell us where, and we'll look for the original.

A note on privacy

We only use your details to reply to you. Our emails go only to people who reached out to us, and nobody is added to promotional lists. There is nothing to fill in on this site; your message comes to us directly by phone, text or email.

BoilerNews.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. We are a marketing and business consulting service for boiler and heating companies, not a contractor. If you need boiler service, please contact a licensed contractor in your area.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, and messages that arrive outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

Can I send a news tip?

Yes. Text or email a link to the official document, such as a regulator's bulletin or a program page. We publish only what we can verify from the primary source.

Will I be put on a mailing list?

No. Our only emails go to people who wrote to us first, and they stay on the subject you raised.

Is there a cost to the first conversation?

No. Talking to us is free, and so is the 7-day trial, which never asks for a card.
