CombiBoiler.ca: one product, searched in depth

The short answer: focused content on one boiler category produced strong returns.

CombiBoiler.ca reached:

  • 300% ROI
  • 300+ monthly leads
  • 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords

What it shows. Combi boilers attract a lot of specific questions: sizing for bathrooms, flow rates, space savings, replacing a tank. A site that answers those questions one by one can rank for hundreds of searches that a general heating site never reaches.

What transfers. If your company installs a lot of one boiler type, a deep set of pages on that type is worth more than a thin page on everything.

GasBoilers.ca: a division built inside an existing company

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Its coverage now reaches 26+ communities across BC, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ reviews.

What it shows. An established heating company can launch a dedicated boiler brand with its own site and reputation, rather than burying boilers inside a general HVAC site.

What transfers. If boilers are a growing share of your work, a separate, focused presence can make sense. It's a business decision as much as a marketing one, and worth discussing before committing.

BoilerPart.ca: scale through structured pages

BoilerPart.ca has 2,000+ programmatic pages and achieved 180% organic traffic growth.

What it shows. When a business has a large, structured catalogue, such as parts, models or compatibility data, generating pages from that data can reach very large numbers of specific searches.

What transfers. This suits suppliers and parts businesses more than installers. Most service contractors don't have the data to do it well, and it can go badly wrong if pages are thin. We'll tell you honestly if it doesn't fit.

CanroHeat.ca and HeatLand: lead growth for heating companies

  • CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.
  • HeatLand built a library of 850+ SEO articles, and its leads rose 300% within six months.

What they show. Sustained content and search work produced measurable lead growth for heating companies, in HeatLand's case at large volume and within half a year.

What transfers. Consistency. Neither result came from a single campaign. Both came from steady publishing and attention to what people actually searched for.

What these results don't prove

We want to be clear about the limits:

  • They are results from specific companies, markets and time periods.
  • They aren't a promise of rankings, leads or return for anyone else.
  • Some are HVAC heating companies rather than boiler-only businesses.
  • Markets differ. A boiler company in a mid-sized Prairie city faces different competition than one in Toronto.

What they do show is that the method works in this trade when it's applied consistently. More examples are in the HVAC.Agency case studies.

How we'd measure your results

Before any work starts, we agree on the numbers that matter for your company, usually:

Measure Why it matters
Calls and texts by source Shows which channel produces enquiries
Booked boiler jobs by source Shows which enquiries become revenue
Cost per booked job Shows whether spend is justified
Rankings for a fixed term list Shows search progress before calls catch up

We report these monthly. If something isn't working, the report will show it, and we'll say so.

To see which service produced which kind of result, read the services overview. For costs, see pricing. To talk about your own numbers, contact us.

We are a marketing and business consulting service for boiler and heating companies, not a contractor. These results come from marketing work; we didn't install anything.

Frequently asked questions

Are these results typical?

They're real results from specific companies, markets and time periods. They show what the method can do; they don't predict what your company will get.
